Our client identified a disconnect between their outsourcing vision and operational execution, leading to scalability concerns within their acquisition model. Inefficiencies in managing quality documentation further highlighted the need to review their outsourcing approach and identify opportunities to simplify and streamline.
Solution
Through a detailed review of the current model and documentation, alongside our external insights into industry trends, we proposed three target operating models, each offering varying degrees of outsourcing change and updates to quality documentation. This included an end-to-end process map outlining the roles and responsibilities for each model. After facilitating client alignment on the preferred model, we developed a detailed implementation plan to support successful adoption.
