2020 has been a year like no other, in more ways than one. We wanted to shine a light on the good and great of 2020 and reflect on far we have come in a year full of change and challenge – we have a lot to be proud of:

• 63 promotions
• Over 65 new starters with another 16 people joining us in January 2021 – with many more to come!
• 12 landmark work anniversaries

And to help our people recover from this extraordinary year we have gifted everyone
an extra ten fully paid days off: 

• Two ‘Free Fridays’
• The three days off between Xmas and New Year
• The whole first full week off in January.
