Challenge
Throughout 2023, several challenges were identified by Global Medical Affairs Oncology with the current Medical planning process, including variability in plans across assets due to inconsistent approaches, lack of an obvious strategic narrative, and difficulties in using plans or reporting and tracking progress against plans.
Solution
Our Medical planning application was leveraged to support the planning process. Through close collaboration with the client and initial alignment on digitisation requirements, the application was tailored to client needs and integrated into existing client IT systems. To ensure clarity for asset teams prior to adoption, tailored guidance and orientations were provided, as well as extended support to develop their Medical strategy plans within the application, which included app-related support.
